Rimma is president of NextPosition Recruiting Inc. She is a highly successful businesswoman with almost 30 years of experience in the private sector. She holds a CPA/CA designation and has significant corporate finance experience, including serving as CFO of two publicly trading exploration companies.
For nearly two decades, Rimma has managed and directed the Finance department of one of the largest national employment law firms in Canada. She has been at the forefront of legal and accounting recruitment at her firm, personally directing all aspect of recruitment and hiring processes. Her philosophy is grounded in a nuanced understanding of the changing marketplace and the dynamic needs particular to each business, while simultaneously seeking to maximize candidates’ aspirations and their compatibility with available opportunities. She works alongside a team of highly trained professionals. Her team’s innovative approach is distinct and unparalleled in its effectiveness, drawing on decades of professional experience combined with pragmatic and efficient strategies to ensure successful placements.

John is a Toronto-based recruiter with a unique background that blends decades of high-profile broadcasting experience with a passion for people and performance. Born and raised in Toronto, he studied Radio Broadcasting at Humber College, graduating in 1999, and spent the next 20+ years becoming a trusted voice on Toronto’s airwaves.
Over an 18-year career with Q107, John hosted across all dayparts — mornings, afternoons, and evenings — mastering the art of connection, listening, and audience engagement. Since 2006, he has also led various client-focused programming for 640 Toronto and contributed to specialty content for Global TV and CP24. This deep experience in communication, relationship-building, and understanding diverse audiences has seamlessly translated into the world of recruitment. In 2024, John earned certification as an ISSA Personal Trainer, further underscoring a commitment to coaching, motivation, and helping individuals reach their potential — key values carried into every client and candidate interaction.
Known for his warm, confident presence and ability to understand people quickly, John brings both insight and intuition to recruitment — pairing top talent with opportunities where they can thrive.
